Workshops resuming in Japan 2026
Thank you for your patience and continued interest in Classical Hatha Yoga. After a period of maternity leave, workshops are now gradually resuming in Japan. Mukti Yoga Japan offers Classical Hatha Yoga in its traditional form, rooted in the yogic science transmitted through Isha Hatha Yoga lineage. Programs will initially be offered in small groups in either Tokyo or Nagoya, with future workshops and retreats planned across Japan.
