Sana's Journey to Classical Hatha Yoga
The founder’s story travels from London to India, making her complete her journey to a classical hatha yoga teacher from the Isha Foundation run by Sadhguru in India.
With a prosperous professional journey Sana believed that more of the life perspective is yet to be explored and achieved which led her to becoming a Hatha Yoga Teacher and now with Mukti Yoga she;s determined to help as many people as possible to achieve a sustainable life through the practices.
While she worked for the professional cause, Sana encountered Isha Yoga. Her early experience with studio style yoga and that of the Isha yoga made her believe in the transformative power of Isha yoga and that in particular with Shambhavi Mahamudra, a revelation to her. That not only healed her physical ailments but also shooted a passion for classical Hatha Yoga.
She realised the potential of the Hatha Yoga benefits and decided to pursue her life in this field and start on a journey and became a certified classical Hatha Yoga teacher.
She completed an intensive 1750-hour training program in Coimbatore, India, dedicating herself to this traditional practice.
The approach of Hatha Yoga is to teach on a ground basis with authenticity and tradition. With this Sana believes in the importance of learning and practising classical Hatha Yoga as it has been taught for centuries, without compromising its integrity.
Her classes are designed to help people to connect with their bodies, minds, and spirits in a meaningful way. Sana’s experience in classical Hatha Yoga can guide you on your transformation.
